Easy solution. Use a real hot rag drinched with hot water, leave on face. About 5 minutes. Then rinse the rag and and drinched again with real hot water but use circular motions on effected areas. let dry by self.
Do this before bedtime and again in afternoon if skin seems to be getting oily.

Note: never squeeze or pick. It will leave bigger pores.

Go to a spa and get a facial...make sure they do extractions, and let them know when making the appointment that you have this issue and would like to correct it...

how do i get rid of blackheads on my nose and cheek and chin?

i know that you need bior strips for the nose but what can i do to get rid of the blackheads on my cheeks and nose...i have heaps and i cant seem to get rid of them!

Umm, First if you have the money you can go to a salon and some of them extracted, i should warn you its painful you'll prolly cry a little if you can't handle waxing then i don't recommend you do this, second if you do go to the salon they can teach you how to extract some more on your own time, you can to take really steamy showers in order to open the pores and loosen some of those blackheads, they wont go away right away but it will help, beware the strips can damage your skin so use them sparingly also try these things to help you prevent more blackheads

clean you pillowcase it collects oil from your face and hair
avoid to much junk food
wash you face twice daily
dry you face only with a clean towel

i hope this helps

you can actually use those bior strips on the cheeks and chin. they come in other shapes and sizes now. if you can't find the others, then just cut the "nose shape" ones to the size you need. If you can afford to do it a couple times, getting a full fasical is great. they do a lot of deep cleaning and actually have a nifty little tool that they use to remove black heads.

how do you get rid of blackheads on your nose and chin without popping?

oh yea and i have also tried baby powder. but i don't know how to use it.
HELP!

Acne is a bacteria that needs to be killed. Witch Hazel is also works great.. it is a little smelly, but you can use a cotton ball or wash cloth. It will tke away the oiliness. `Tea Tree Oil will kill out the bacteria or weaken it enough not to bother you. Apply it to the effected areas with a q-tip or cotton ball after you have washed.

You should get a good multivitamin(highly suggest) with vitamin a,c,e,d and zinc.. this should help tons! Eating carrots also helps.. there is beta-carotene (Vitamin A) in them which helps prevent acne and repair the skin. Take zinc, zinc is a antibacterial agent. Make sure to dink plenty of water and get good rest at night.

Azelaic Acid is a great natural acid that reduces the growth of bacteria, restores the skins cells and reduces inflammation. Try using a topical with Azelaic Acid in it.. it is safe.

Also, change/wash your pillow case and sheets every other day.

There are ways to put moisture back into your skin and heal it, such as: drinking lots of water, making sure you are eating enough fat/omega-3 oils. Lotions with mineral oil can dry out the skin, use one with out it! Emu Oil ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emu_oil ) contains vitamin A and E, Sapogens ( makes skin softer), and Oleic acid (a skin cell regenerator, anti-wrinkel agent) - walgreens sells emu oil.. i would think walmart would as well.

get a biore strip and blackhead scrub and wash everyday n nite

how to get rid on nose blackheads?

ive tried many cleansers, but even if my entire face is really clear, i always have blackheads on my nose! i just want a simple thing to do, that will clear my nose!

Good old soap and water is the best thing. Use a cloth or other scrubbing thing a couple times a day. This will help remove excess oils and any small particles of dirt on your face. Don't scrub too hard, but do a thorough job.

Quit eating so much chocolate and other sweets. Try it, it honestly works wonders!

How can I get rid of Blackheads on my nose?

I have loads of tiny, deep blackheads all over my nose. I have tried all sorts of skin treatments and scrubs, but nothing seems to work. I have even tried steaming them, and using hot water to open the pores. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could get rid of them?

Wash your face somewhat gently with baking soda and water. The baking soda scrubs off the dead skin cells gently. Rinse it off. Then take vinegar (preferably apple cider vinegar) and mix it with water. Then put on your affected area. Should clear right up, if you do it every day or so. Drink lots of water to flush the toxins out of your system.

Do not use toothpaste or Listerine, and don't squeeze!

Use Biore strips. they work great. those are great for getting rid of them. to keep them from coming back again. use a cleanser.

I use blackhead eraser and biore strips they work great

How to Get Rid of Blackheads on Your Nose ?

I have a few blackheads on my nose. How can I get rid of them? Any natural alternatives?

It should be noted that removing blackheads on the nose isn't any different from removing blackheads on other parts of your face (Tips on how to get rid of blackheads). As such, if you already know how to remove them on your cheek or somewhere else, then you shouldn't have any problems. If you don't, then here are some tips to help you get those ugly marks on your nose out.

Your bets best would be to assess your option by reading the advice from this site I have found: http://www.howtogetridofwhiteheadsnow.co m/ , the blog section is particularly good !

1.See a dermatologist. Before everything, you should try to have your nose blackheads removed by a professional. Sure, it may cost a little bit more than self-treatment at home but you can be assured that you (and your skin) will be in the best possible hands. At the very least, dermatologists will be able to tell you what products to use that won't destroy your skin since everyone has different skin types.

2.Soften the blackheads. You can do this through several ways. One is to take a warm shower so the steam will do the softening. You can also heat water in a pan until it boils, and then stand over the pan to allow the steam to cover your face. Once the blackheads are sufficiently softened, you can gently remove them using pore strips or any blackhead remover. You can also moisturize your face using warm washcloth in the evenings. Whatever you do, don't put a boiling hot washcloth over your face.

3.Use blackhead removers or extractors. Whether you only need to remove the occasional nose blackhead or have it as a daily regimen, blackhead extractors such as Revlon Stainless Steel blackhead remover will make removing those blackhead on your nose easier. Just apply the pad on your nose with enough pressure and then peel. The blackheads should come out quite easily. Be warned though that care is required for the application or else you will tear your skin, causing more damage.

4.Use astringents and acne medications. Astringents applied using cotton balls as well as acne medications such as benzoyl peroxide should help dry out the blackheads enough, so they will be removed with regular facial cleansing. Don't go for anything less than a 2.5% for benzoyl peroxide.

Follow these three steps, and you will be on your way to a spot free nose.

Tip #1 Start with Steam

Blackheads form because dead skin cells and the body's natural oil, known as sebum, gets trapped and clogs the pores. So, the best way to prevent and remove those blackheads is by opening those pores. Exposing the skin to warm moisture will not only help open your pores, but it will also improve the skin's blood circulation; this will help loosen and remove debris and toxins built up in the skin. Steaming is also very effective method for deep cleaning your pores.

Tip #2 Gently Exfoliate and Cleanse

Exfoliation will further remove any dead skin cells. Be careful when you choose your exfoliator, however, since you don't want anything too harsh or rough that can irritate your skin. Baking soda is a great natural exfoliant that is very gentle, and very cheap! When you exfoliate, do so in a gentle, circular motion.

Once you exfoliate, you should cleanse your face with a mild cleanser. A low potency benzoyl peroxide cleanser is excellent, as benzoyl peroxide is one of the best treatments for blackhead removal and generally combatting acne.

Tip #3 Strip it Away...

With nose strips, that is! There are a variety of nose strip brands that you can buy at your local drugstore. Nose strips are typically applied to damp skin, sticky side down. Once placed on the nose, the top of the strips are dampened as well. Once the strip hardens, remove the strips, and you should see the blackheads stuck to the adhesive. Now sometimes nose strips get a bad rap for leaving the pores open and vulnerable to bacteria, but you can prevent this by closing your pores after your cleansing treatment. All you have to do is gently blot your face with a cold washcloth, and use a toner as your final step.

Well there you have it, three steps that will help to get rid of those stubborn blackheads. Follow these steps as needed, usually once or twice a week. Make sure that you don't over exfoliate, or use to much benzoyl peroxide, as it could be too strong for the skin. With these nose blackhead removal tips, you will be on your way to a more radiant complexion!

How do i get rid of blackheads on my nose and chin?

I have had blackheads on my nose and chin area for over 15 years and have tried everything on the market to get rid of them but they won't shift any ideas please????

I used to get those on my nose and chin....I started using mineral makeup about a year ago, and my skin has been so much better since! I use the Biore blackhead cleansing cloths. You don't need to wet them, I carry them around with me and just clean my face a few times a day to keep it under control. Mineral makeup is light and natural, doesn't put stuff in your pores and irritate the skin the way most makeup does. Give it a try! I recommend www.everydayminerals.com You can get a free sample kit and choose your colors...and also try the Biore cloths! They're about $5 or $6 at target, walmart, rite aid, etc.

You can get rid of pretty much anything (bumps, blackheads rashes etc.) with lye soap.

How do you get rid of blackheads and veins on your nose?

I hade some blackheads on my nose and I dont know how to get rid of them whatever I do they just wont go away! I also have really red veins on the side of my nose. How do I get rid of these, and will a dermatologist be able to help?

Blackheads are caused when dead skin and oil plug your pore. The pore stretches out and oxidizes thus causing the blackhead. Because you have dilated capillaries on your nose as well a non-mechanical scrub works best, such as 2% salicylic acid daily and a very gentle jojoba scrub once or twice a week. Blackheads need to be manually extracted but make sure your skin is well prepped first. A professional facial is best to get you on track. As far as capillaries, 20% L-ascorbic acid or vitamin K products will help strengthen and diffuse ruddiness. Good luck.

ummm for blackheads u can use Clearasil or some blackhead control formula u can get a wal-mart...red veins? im not sure...ive never known anyone with veins noticeable on the outside of their noses

does anyone have any tips for getting rid of blackheads on my nose?

here are some effective methods for removing Blackheads:
It is most important to keep the skin scrupulously clean.

1. Use an oatmeal or almond mask thoroughly to cleanse your face. Mix either oatmeal or almond powder with enough rose water to make a soft paste that spreads easily on the skin. Rub it on your skin with your fingertips, paying special attention the problem areas. Leave to dry for about 15 minutes and then rinse off with cold water.

2. Apply undiluted lemon juice, two to three times a day, on the affected areas.

3. A solution made out of one and a half cups of hot water and half a tablespoon of boric powder is an ideal concoction for blackheads, Saturate a face napkin in this hot solution and press on to the skin, repeat twice. Extract blackheads carefully with a blackhead remover and sterilized cotton wool. Pat on an astringent.

4. Warm a little honey and apply on the trouble spots. Wash off after 10-15 minutes.

Try out these home remedies for cleaning out your blackheads
good luck!

What's a good way to get rid of blackheads on your nose?

As far as my skin is concerned, I'm lucky enough not to suffer from breakouts but no matter what I do I cannot, cannot get rid of blackheads that form on my nose. It is aggravating as I try various products but can never find a solution. Has anyone else had this problem, and did you use anything that worked to get rid of them? What would you suggest to do?

i used to have that problem, but now i apply a face mask once a week, and everyday i use neutrogena wave, it is brilliant because it cleans deep down to the pores, i would recommend it :)

Use a hot water compress with a wash cloth, then dry your nose, followed by a Biore (or similar) strip.

How to get rid of blackheads on chin and nose area?

i just noticed that i have a few blackheads on my nose and chin area even though i cleanse my skin with a cleanser regularly. So does anyone know of a good product to get rid of them.thanks xx

The products you are using, are they Salsylic Acid or Benzoyl peroxide? BP can be VERY drying. I personally like SA better. Salsylic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying for me! Try finding a face lotion with SA in it. Clean and Clear has a good moisturizer with SA and it helps keep pimples at bay. It is only about $5 a bottle and lasts about 2 months and you can get it at your local store. I have used this in the past and it works well. Personally, I use Biore products (which you get over the counter. Their products range from $5-$10). They are harsh on pimples, but not on your face.
Personally, Proactive didn't work for me. I have been using Biore products for over a year and I hardly ever break out! Occasionally I will get one or two, but nothing bad. I use Biore Ice Cleanser for acne and Biore warming facial scrub every morning for blackheads (This stuff works. I notcied a DRASTIC difference in my blackheads being GONE within 2 weeks) . And then 3-4 day s a week I use Biore purging pore cream scrub. For body acne I use Neutrogena acne body wash I never break out on my body. It gets 110 in summer so sweat in inevitably, yet I never break out. Give it a try. All of it is cheap too. About $5-10 depending on what you buy! I think you will just need to experiment with products until you find what works for you. Remember, it can take 1 month for products to fully begin working! Good Luck!

Yes I use Neutrogena visibly clear blackhead eliminating daily scrub and its excellent. :)

how to get rid of blackheads at the nose area?

I got a lot of blackheads at my nose for some years, and up to now i don't know how to get rid of them without using any strips. I'm only 14. what's the best way to get rid of them?

Do this twice a week and you will notice the results.

Step I
Firstly, wash your face with a mild exfoliating agent. Use the one that is gentle to your skin. You can use a low potency benzoyl peroxide as an exfoliater. A low potency benzoyl peroxide is a recommended option to alleviate the appearance of blackheads on nose. It will wash away the dead skin cells and expose the blackhead. The benzoyl peroxide content works towards breaking up the blackheads rooted in the skin.

Do not use much of benzoyl peroxide as it is too strong for your skin. Next caution should be not to over scrub while exfoliating.

After exfoliating, pat the skin dry and get ready for steam. Use your wash basin or a bowl to get steam. You can also add a few drops of tea tree oil to it. It is a natural antibacterial agent which will help to gently wash away the dead skin cells and remove the blackheads, excess oils and embedded impurities from the nose area.

Within 5 minutes of steaming, the pores of your skin will open up and you will softer skin.

Step II
After this you can use any of the following blackhead remover techniques to clear your nose of the black pores:

1) Apply an effective blackhead remover, scrub or mask. This will absorb the oil in the blocked pore and after 10 minutes wash it off with lukewarm water and pat the skin dry.

2) Or, use a blackhead extractor. Always sterilize it before and after the use. Press its hole over the blackhead and press it gently. Be careful to get the plug out without damaging the skin around. The sides could be used for removing debris from the sides of the nostrils, chin, and ears. Apply an antiseptic soothing cream afterwards.

3) Using pore strips is very popular to remove nose blackheads. Just paste it over the skin and pull away to expel the blackheads. Also keep this in mind that over use of pore strips can aggravate your skin condition.

Step III
Pat the skin Dry and do it regularly, twice a week. Adopt a skin care routine and keep hygienic. For this you can use a number of home remedies which help to cure blackhead. This will definitely reduce your blackheads.
