For career reasons, so-called celebrities often choose to have nose jobs at a young age - before they attracted fans who would be affected by any change in their appearance.

For medical reasons, this is not a good idea.

This idiot “Dwyer” is uniquely capable of talking garbage for 10 minutes and saying nothing. This is the kind of idiot who desperately wishes he had listened at school and got himself a decent job. Because of that he pretends to be intellectually superior and dismisses them. Unfortunately for him – we all see through the garbage.
